Welcome to Velynie. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at velynie.com, including all content, features, tools, and products offered through it (collectively, the "Services"), operated by Velynie ("Velynie," "we," "us," or "our"). The Services are hosted on the Shopify platform.
By accessing or using the Services, or by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, each of which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state or province of residence, to use the Services or place an order. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide to us is accurate and complete.
2. The Products
Velynie sells beauty and wellness tools, including our lymphatic drainage facial brush. Our products are cosmetic and personal-care accessories intended for ordinary at-home use. They are not medical devices, and nothing on the Services is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Results vary from person to person, and any descriptions of benefits reflect typical cosmetic use rather than a guaranteed outcome. If you have a medical condition or concern, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.
3. Orders and Acceptance
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart subject to these Terms. We may accept or decline your order, in whole or in part, at our discretion. Your order is confirmed only when we send an order confirmation. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, and discontinue any product at any time.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We strive to display accurate pricing, but errors may occur. If we discover a pricing or product error affecting your order, we may cancel the order and notify you, even after an order confirmation has been sent. Payment is processed securely through Shopify and its supported payment providers at checkout. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order, including taxes and any shipping charges.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping timeframes, costs, and details are described in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Estimated delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Our Guarantee
Velynie offers a 30-Day Glow Guarantee. Your rights to return products and obtain a refund or exchange are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it before purchasing.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Services in any way that violates applicable law; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other accounts, or our systems; interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services; use any robot, scraper, or other automated means to access or collect data from the Services without our written permission; use the Services to transmit harmful code; or use the Services to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
8. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Intellectual Property
The Services and all of their content, including the Velynie name and logo, text, graphics, images, product designs, page layouts, and the selection and arrangement thereof, are owned by or licensed to Velynie and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our prior written consent.
10. User Content and Reviews
If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content to us or through the Services, you grant Velynie a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating and marketing the Services. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit and that it does not violate the rights of any third party or any applicable law. We may, but are not obligated to, monitor, edit, or remove content at our discretion.
11. Third-Party Links and Services
The Services are hosted by Shopify and may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Your use of third-party services, including payment processors, is subject to their own terms and policies.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
Except as expressly provided in these Terms or required by applicable law, the Services and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Velynie and its owners, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Services or products. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services or a product will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Velynie and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services or products.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Velynie and the location where it operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer protection law provides otherwise.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and post the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
