Every Velynie brush is backed by our 30-Day Glow Guarantee.

30-day returns

If you are not seeing a difference, or simply change your mind, you may return your brush within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No questions, no hassle.

How to start a return

Email support@velynie.com with your order number and the reason for return, if you would like to share it. We will reply within 1 business day with a prepaid return label and instructions.

Refund processing

Once we receive your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when it is processed.

Damaged or defective items

If your brush arrives damaged or develops a defect within 90 days of purchase, we will replace it free of charge. Send a photo and your order number to support@velynie.com.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, heavily used items returned without a quality issue may be subject to review. Return shipping for non-U.S. addresses is not currently available.
