Shipping policy

We want your Velynie brush to reach you as smoothly as possible. During our early launch period, delivery may take a little longer while we carefully manage our first order volume.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates and delivery

United States: We currently offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

During our early launch period, delivery typically takes 8-15 business days after processing. Many orders may arrive sooner, but we recommend using this full window when planning your order.

As Velynie grows, we plan to expand our fulfillment capacity so we can reduce delivery times to approximately 3-5 business days. Until then, the 8-15 business day estimate is the current shipping window.

International: We currently ship within the United States only.

Order tracking

A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order ships. If your tracking has not updated for 7 business days, contact us at support@velynie.com and we will investigate.

Lost or damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, email us at support@velynie.com with your order number. We will help with a replacement or refund where appropriate.
