30-day returns

If you're not seeing a difference — or simply change your mind — you may return your brush within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No questions, no hassle.

How to start a return

Email support@velynie.com with your order number and the reason for return (optional). We'll reply within 1 business day with a prepaid return label and instructions.

Refund processing

Once we receive your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's processed.

Damaged or defective items

If your brush arrives damaged or develops a defect within 90 days of purchase, we'll replace it free of charge — just send us a photo at support@velynie.com.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, heavily used items returned without a quality issue may be subject to review. Return shipping for non-U.S. addresses is not currently available.
