When you place an order we collect your name, email, shipping address, and payment details (processed securely by Shopify Payments — we never see your full card number). When you join our newsletter we collect your email address. Like most sites, we also collect basic analytics data (pages visited, device type) via cookies.

How we use it

We use your information to fulfill orders, send order updates, respond to support requests, and — only if you subscribed — send occasional emails about Velynie. We never sell your personal data.

Sharing

We share data only with services required to run the store: Shopify (hosting & payments), our shipping carriers, and email service. Each is bound to protect your data.

Cookies

Cookies keep your cart working and help us understand how the site is used. You can disable cookies in your browser, though checkout may not function without essential ones.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing support@velynie.com. Unsubscribe from marketing emails with one click at the bottom of any email.
